What could be making a grinding noise when reving to 1100 rpm , water pump and alternator have been changed?

Since nearly new my Corsa has been making a grinding noise when reving at 1100rpm
The dealer has change alternator,water pump and belt tentioner although they recognise the problem(the grinding noise is easily audible form inside the car ) they
